  • Once a ticket purchase is completed, refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled due to reasons directly attributable to BHP Events LTD.

  • No refunds will be issued if the event goes ahead as planned and the customer fails to attend or cannot gain access due to personal circumstances not caused by the event organizer.

  • External factors such as weather, traffic, or personal scheduling conflicts are not valid grounds for a refund.

3.3 Customer Information Responsibility

  • The customer is fully responsible for providing accurate personal information at the point of sale, including but not limited to name, email address, delivery address (if applicable), and payment details.

  • Failure to provide accurate information may result in non-receipt of tickets or merchandise. BHP Events LTD is not liable for lost tickets or misdeliveries due to incorrect information.

3.4 Entry Rights and Conditions

BHP Events LTD reserves the right to:

  • Refuse entry to any ticket holder whose identity cannot be verified or whose information does not match the order details.

  • Request proof of identification at entry (e.g., passport, driving licence).

  • Remove or refuse entry to individuals who pose a safety risk, behave inappropriately, are intoxicated, or fail to comply with event rules.

  • Conduct bag searches or personal checks to ensure safety and compliance with venue policies.

  • Revoke tickets without compensation if misuse, reselling, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

  • Fine, eject or pursue further any unrequested business pitches, marketing messages, or advertising of third-party products or services on the day.

  • Unauthorised Selling or Advertising

    Any individual or entity found advertising, promoting, or selling products or services at any BHP Events Ltd venue or event without prior written consent from BHP Events Ltd will be deemed in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Such unauthorised commercial activity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate ejection from the premises without refund. BHP Events Ltd reserves the right to pursue legal action, including but not limited to the issuance of a fine or claim for damages, against any person or business engaged in such activity. 4. Merchandise Sales

4.1 Product Descriptions

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in product descriptions. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.

4.2 Order Processing and Shipping

  • Orders will be processed within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated.

  • UK delivery typically takes 5-7 working days from dispatch. International delivery may take longer. Some products have a closing date before send.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or force majeure events.

4.3 Returns and Exchanges

  • In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK), customers have 14 days from the day they receive their order to notify us of a return.
