ABOUT

Now in it’s 7th year, the show features performance and modified cars and motorcycles, live demonstrations, Indoor and outdoor vehicle displays, children’s entertainment, food village, and trade stands.
Static displays will vary from Supercars to Show cars, Modified Cars to Race cars, with displays indoors and outdoors.

Without doubt the highlights of the event are the hours of live action.  A variety of motorsport and performance demonstrations are featured, including, Drifting, BMX Flatland, Motorcycle Stunts, Freestyle motocross and BMX Ramp (subject to change) making it a fun day for all the family.

With an all day Live Action Arena and family entertainment area, this event has something for every member of the family.   We will also have a ‘chill zone’ for those who wish to bring the smaller members of the family and take a break from all the action and entertainment, this zone will feature a food village, Entertainment for the children kids go karts, bouncy castles and plus much more.

BHP Fuel Fest the Biggest Car Show in the South West and only indoor show and shine competition in Devon.

GATE TIMES

Gates open to visitors at 10:00am, Last admission 4pm, the event concludes at 5pm. Opening times for show vehicles will be sent out with tickets and passes 

FREE PUBLIC PARKING – DOGS ALLOWED - KIDS 13 AND UNDER GO FREE - BLUE BADGER HOLDERS GO FREE BUT CARERS PAY - NO CAMPING

FAQ’S

Q - Is there Public Parking on Site
A - Yes Public and Visitors Parking is open from 9.00am (Gates for the Indoor Hall will open 10am)all cars parked at owners risk, BHP Events cannot be held liable for damage. Visitor Parking is free.

Q - Can We leave during the Day and come back in?
A - Yes you can come and go as long as you have a wristband

Q - How will my tickets be sent?
A - All tickets will be sent out in the post, from the end of May.

Q - Can I pay by card for entry on the day?
A - It is cash only entry.

Q - Ive lost my confirmation email?
A - No need to worry all passes and tickets are sent in the post. Physical tickets will only grant you entry, no emails or screenshots accepted.

Q - My child is 13 and under, does he need a ticket?
A - No, they just come in with a over 18 paying adult.

Q - Is there a Cash Machine on site
A - Unfortunately not.

Q - Can cars be unloaded off trailers and left on Site.
A - Yes, On the day you will be shown where they can be parked and left secure.

Q - I can no longer Attend. Is my Wristband transferable?
A - All bookings are non-refundable. Wristbands will be sent out 30 days prior to the event. If you wish to transfer your wristband to somebody else, the responsibility to ensure that is done lies with you and the person the booking is being transferred too. Please make sure you arrive wearing your wristband, and it is easily visible. This will reduce any queues and speed up the entry process.
