Club Registration Terms - (Must Read)

All clubstand organisers will recieve a free driver ticket.

All Club Registration bookings include 5 drivers tickets. So 5 plus 1 free for the organiser.

By accepting these terms & conditions, you accept responsibility that both yourself and the car club that you are registering will follow the below requirements.

• Once registered your club will be added to our system under the Club Add On product. This is where yourself or club members can buy club driver tickets.


• Please ensure your details are entered correctly, you will be our registered admin for your club.


ADMIN FEES

• All tickets are subjected to admin fees. This helps us cover the cost of postage, physical materials, software costs, and more.
• For car clubs, admin fees will be charged once to the registration payment instead of for each additional purchase.
• This allows us to keep BHP Fuel Fest a cost effective event for car club attendees.


TICKET DISTRIBUTION

• All driver tickets will be sent to the club admin from May 22nd 2026.
• You must distribute these tickets prior to arriving at the event.
• Handing out tickets on the gate of the event or inside of the perimeter fence will NOT be possible. Please distribute your tickets prior to the event.
• You are accepting responsibility to ensure all hangers are displayed prior to arrival at the event.


WINDOW HANGERS

•  All club stand vehicles will be provided with a window hanger as well as a wristband for the vehicle driver.
• If the hanger is not displayed, entry will NOT be granted.
• Help us speed-up the traffic, display your hangers!

• CLUB STANDS: Club Stand driver tickets will be sent to the club admin that we have on file, from May 22nd 2026. 

Please double check your details and postage address. All driver tickets and hangers will be sent by recorded delievery.

• Venue is fully equipped with both purpose built disabled & baby changing facilities.

When will I receive my ticket?

• CLUB STANDS: Club Stand driver tickets will be sent to the club admin that we have on file, from May 22nd 2026. We cannot send you your driver ticket. Please contact your club admin!
When is the event?

Sunday 21st June 2026.

• Show vehicles can enter from 6am - 9am

The event concludes at 5pm.

Is the event family friendly?

Yes, very! We have lots of attractions and a huge kids area.
Can I bring my dog?

The event is dog friendly but unfortunately no dogs are permitted within the indoor show areas - excluding service dogs.
Are tickets per person?

Yes everyone 14 and over will need a ticket each. Kids 13 and under enter free with a 18+ paying adult.
Is there camping?

No there is no camping on site.
